This is barely a recipe, but it'll become a summer staple for you. At the moment, strawberries are heavenly. So use them! But as we move through the different berry seasons, use those instead. Frozen mango is also fantastic. I can't wait for you all to try this!
Ingredients:
500g strawberries, halved & frozen
250ml full fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp honey - runny is best
Zest of 1 lime
Method:
Pop everything into a food processor, and blend until just smooth. Don't go for too long otherwise it'll turn into a smoothie! Scoop and serve immediately in frozen bowls. Divine!
