The long established commercial law firm, Harris Tate welcomes the appointment of Katrina Hulsebosch as a director.

Katrina is a well-known and respected commercial lawyer who has practiced in Tauranga since 2004.

Katrina brings to Harris Tate diverse skills, being accomplished in not only commercial law, but also Trust, Insolvency and Immigration law.

Katrina's service to clients is appreciated by many business leaders in our community. She works closely with David Foster, the current chairman of the Franchise Association of New Zealand and she will be assisting David's clients whilst he is overseas later this month. David will be representing New Zealand's Franchise community as an international keynote speaker in Taiwan and then in Mexico for a World Franchise Council conference.

Harris Tate promotes the Smart Law tag. A part of this is Harris Tate's well-known Conveyancing Hospital, designed to assist home owners who have suffered from the service/advice from fixed price/cut price conveyancers.
'Many people are duped into the belief that conveyancing is a commodity and not a service,” says Katrina.

'The old saying ‘you get what you pay for' is particularly appropriate in conveyancing. 'It is disappointing to see the trauma caused by people succumbing to the price-driven service of such conveyancers.

'At Harris Tate, we actually add value to what you do. Here, clients are not just a number or another job – they are our passion.”

Katrina says a recent Harris Tate client survey indicated an outstandingly positive feedback on the service provided and this is backed up by the number of referrals from existing clients.

'I am thrilled to be part of the successful Harris Tate team and so pleased to be working in one of the best buildings in Tauranga where the quality of our service is so beautifully reflected.”
