Police report that a vehicle crashed into a bridge on State Highway 2 near Pukehina on Friday night.
A Police spokesperson says that the car crashed into the bridge at 5.29pm.
There were no reported injuries nor road blocks.
Police also informed SunLive that they were also notified of a vehicle that nearly hit a bridge then a road cone at Te Puna at 21.53pm last night. No injuries were reported.

Bolt these pesky bridges down or something? They keep jumping out in front of poor unsuspecting motorists! Imagine how many phones have been dropped due to bridges attacking cars?
