There is an unplanned power outage in Papamoa East.
Powerco report that 496 properties at Papamoa Beach are affected by the outage which occurred ar 12.04pm.
It is unknown what the cause is.
A site investigation is underway.
Power is expected to be restored by 4.15pm.
