One person has been taken into custody, and another is being treated for moderate injuries after a crash on State Highway 2.

Police were called to a single-vehicle crash on State Highway 2 at about 9.30 am, after a vehicle rolled near the roundabout with Tetley Road.

"The two occupants of the vehicle left the scene of the crash on foot, but were located a short time later," said a police spokesperson.

"One of the occupants has been taken into custody and enquiries are ongoing into the cause of the crash.

"One person is being treated for moderate injuries. Motorists should expect delays while the scene is cleared."
