Motorists travelling on the Desert Road, State Highway 1, are being warned of snow on the road tonight.
The MetService advises motorists showers are expected to turn to snow about the summit of the road tonight.
A media release says snow showers can be expected above 900m from about 10pm tonight and until late Monday midday.
The MetService is expecting anywhere between 1cm and 3cm above 900m.
