This road and exits from Packhouse at the far end ( Kati kati ) side are blinkin dangerous as ive come out of there lot of times with a full 40 foot box on (Kiwi fruit) and you can not see back Kati kati side far enough to get a run out, it is scary and it is kama kazi run, that hill needs cutting right back for a clear veiw, also you cannot get over to the left far enough to let traffic get passed, what would i know gosh all the yrs on the road i know nothing and NZTA will not LISTEN, anyway another broken home tonite more STRESS, as NZTA KNOWS BEST yeah right, (we will look at it next year as we have been working hard to upset people everyday this past year we need a rest,10-4 out phew.

Totally agree with old trucker. Its bad enough turning right onto the SH2 from that junction in a car but in a large vehicle its just hell. These people who blame the drivers and not the road should try driving a truck or a bus on the SH2 and they would soon be eating their words. SH2 upgrades cant come quick enough.
