Our beloved Richard passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and friends, at Rotorua Hospital ICU. Beloved husband of Julie, treasured and devoted father and father in law of Joshua, Rachel and Jake, Nathaniel and Jono. Loved Popa to Natalia, Te Koha and Anaia. Cherished brother and brother in law of Paul, Philip and Shelly, Chris, Lynley and Kevin and Prue and Stuart. Richard, a dedicated councillor and cherished member of the Te Puke community, succumbed to a heart attack while cycling through Rotorua's Redwood Forrest. A service to celebrate Richard's 66 years of life will be held at The Orchard Church, 20 MacLoughlin Drive, Te Puke on Friday 5th April at 1 pm, followed by a private internment with close family and friends.
