One person has been taken to hospital following a vehicle crash in Pāpāmoa.

Police received a report of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Gravatt Road and Domain Rd at about 11.56am.

“One patient was transported to Tauranga hospital in a serious condition and one patient in a minor condition was treated at the scene,” a Hato Hone St John spokesperson said.

Crews from the Pāpāmoa, Tauranga, and Mount Maunganui fire stations also attended.
